about our company

Melda is a former professional basketball player. Her path crossed with Pilates when she got an unfortunate knee injury ten years ago. Pilates immediately became her life. She is Balanced Body, STOTT trained and she previously managed her own studio with gymnastics federation approval for three years in Istanbul. She is also a post-treatment rehabilitation trainer.

Melda firmly believes Pilates is the most effective exercise for posture, well- being and body shape.

Mel Pilates is offering Pilates lessons to individuals and groups, including special lessons for professional athletes, dance groups and sport organizations as tailored Pilates and elderly/ children/sick people under the name of modfied Pilates.
